Management is one of the relevant subjects for the UPSC aspirant even after clearing the UPSC Exam as management is an integral part of an IAS officer’s work profile. There is a lot of reading material and several books are available for studying management. Of-late we have seen several YouTube videos on the subject. The idea of the course is to give you a holistic view of management so that you can learn it as a subject from the start and use it practically in life as well. Management doesn’t need to be learnt as a subject, but as a life skill… as it will be used extensively in life. That is the crux of this course.
